Ever since I posted the results, I have been inundated with emails, so I thought the best way to handle this was to produce a quick website for the download, and a simple forum for questions and answers, and to allow full collaboration about this open source EA. The forum is a good way to keep the workload to a minimum. Others can learn from your experiences, experiments and comments with the EA as well.
Sign-up, Login and download the EA, Try it, experiment with it, and share your comments with the rest of the group, and we'll all learn more together. Enjoy!!!

| Duplicate orders May 27th |
 The EA shown above is no longer running. If you look at the 5 Minute Recurring Statement you will see duplicate trades on May 27th. I am running test on about 14 instances of this EA with various changes on each instance. Somehow, I managed to open two terminals, on the same computer, on the same IBFX account, thus the duplicated orders. With two terminals working on the same account, it was too much for my small amount of equity to handle. Needless to say, It blew the account. I have tried to open two terminals on another account, and repeat the error, and the MT4 platform won’t allow it, so I still don’t know exactly how I managed to do this. The 5 minute statement proves it happened. Perhaps it's a bug in the MT4 platform. Please see FX Statements page for my current trials and settings for the EA. |
